From 2007 to 2009, I worked with runners from around the country to raise over $12,000 for the Lupus Foundation of America. Then I took a break. In 2010, my mother was diagnosed with colon cancer so I restarted this blog to raise money for the American Cancer Society at a 2011 Relay for Life event. Right now I'm just running. No particular goal or training plan, just putting in the miles when I can and putting in the occasional blog post when I can.

Lupus Foundation of America Blog

Well, I still haven't had time to get that video up and running. We're actually going to be at home this weekend so hopefully I'll have time to get that done. I did want to note that the Lupus Foundation of America was kind enough to make note of my efforts on their blog. Check it out here. Thanks!

Make sure you check episode 116 of Phedippidations. My race report which included running with you for a bit got a good plug and you got a blog link posting on his site! Hope recovery is going well.
