From 2007 to 2009, I worked with runners from around the country to raise over $12,000 for the Lupus Foundation of America. Then I took a break. In 2010, my mother was diagnosed with colon cancer so I restarted this blog to raise money for the American Cancer Society at a 2011 Relay for Life event. Right now I'm just running. No particular goal or training plan, just putting in the miles when I can and putting in the occasional blog post when I can.

Lupus Runner shirts!

I'm going to order a new set of lupus runner shirts. If you would like one send me an email (brianjasenthomas@gmail.com) ASAP with your address and the shirt size that you would like. If you're helping us raise money I'll send you one for free--otherwise they are $10 each (this is simply the cost of the shirt and I don't make any money).
